Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Special Education Case Manager
Job Summary:
Menahga Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Virtual Special Education Case Manager to support students and families through high-quality, compliant special education services. This contracted, work-from-home role focuses on virtual case management, collaboration, and student success.
Your Role Will Include:
  • Providing virtual special education case management services
  • Coordinating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and service providers
  • Supporting students in achieving their individualized academic and behavioral goals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communication in a virtual environment
Qualifications:
  • Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license
  • Preference given to candidates with multiple licensures, including:
    • Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD)
    • Developmental Disabilities (DD)
    • Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD)
    • Academic Behavioral Services (ABS)
    • Or a combination of the above
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual setting
Salary and Benefits:
